DISS Esports is a Valorant-first organization with years of experience — we know what players need to succeed and help them grow as players and as people.
With five rosters, there is a place for every skill level and personality: DISS, REVS, REN, DEFI, MAVS. Whether you are competing in the highest levels of Premier or have no experience at all, DISS offers both Contender level competition as well as a beginner roster for those seeking to learn the basics.
We invest in our teams by providing structured VOD reviews, healthy team cultures, benefits for good performance, and much more. The higher the effort, the more we give to that player.

Flagship Contender Valorant roster representing DISS Esports at the highest levels. This roster is full of the most dedicated players who want to take a shot at winning in Contender, pushing through Invite and going pro. To join this roster you must be Contender Eligible, or be a part of DEFI for at least one act. Players on this roster are expected to play at a professional level. This team is paid, players and coaches are compensated depending on performance and contract. Age requirement is 17+

Ready to take Valorant Esports to a serious level? But just need a squad that is dedicated, highly skilled and ultimately all after the same goal? Then DEFI is where you'll find our best prospects. Players who have either risen through the ranks of our teams or have proven themselves to be too good to ignore in trials. This is where you can begin your professional Esports journey. Work hard, perfect everything, show everyone that you have what it takes to be a Contender. Age requirement is 16+
