About Us
Valorant Program
DISS Esports is a Valorant-first organization with years of experience — we know what players need to succeed and help them grow as players and as people.
With five rosters, there is a place for every skill level and personality: DISS, REVS, REN, DEFI, MAVS. Whether you are competing in the highest levels of Premier or have no experience at all, DISS offers both Contender level competition as well as a beginner roster for those seeking to learn the basics.
We invest in our teams by providing structured VOD reviews, healthy team cultures, benefits for good performance, and much more. The higher the effort, the more we give to that player.
Tactical Precision
Structured executes, set plays, and mid-round adaptations built for Valorant's competitive meta.
Five Rosters
DISS, DEFI, REN, REVS, and MAVS — from Contender invite play down to our beginner Mavericks roster.
Championship Drive
From Premier weekly matches and monthly tournaments to VCT open qualifiers. Our Valorant program chases titles at every level.
Effort Based Rewards
Team goals and our custom DISS ranking system will help us calculate which players need help to improve and which ones are thriving, never leaving you in the dark on where improvement is needed.
