Disidents Esports ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the security of information collected through our website and related services. This Security Policy describes the measures we take to safeguard your data.
Data We Collect
We may collect the following types of information:
- Contact and gameplay details submitted through recruitment forms (Discord, Riot ID, ranks, availability, and related tryout answers)
- Order and payment information processed through Stripe for merch purchases
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and usage logs
- Account credentials for authorized admin users
How We Protect Your Data
- All traffic is served over HTTPS encryption
- Database access is protected with row-level security policies
- Admin access requires authentication and role-based authorization
- Payment card data is handled exclusively by Stripe and never stored on our servers
- Service role keys and secrets are kept server-side and never exposed to the browser
Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party providers including Supabase (data storage), Stripe (payments), and Vercel (hosting). Each provider maintains its own security practices and compliance certifications.
Your Responsibilities
Keep your account credentials confidential. Do not share admin login details. Report any suspected unauthorized access to security@disidents.gg.
Incident Response
In the event of a data breach, we will investigate promptly, take corrective action, and notify affected users as required by applicable law.
